Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer at Unithree, you will shape how ideas are seen and felt, designing visuals that move people emotionally and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with the Creative Director, Content Strategist, and Production Team to develop visual assets that stand out in culture and cut through noise. Your role is to transform insight driven concepts into compelling visual systems across formats, platforms, and campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

Translate creative and content strategy into visual executions that are consistent with brand identity, campaign objectives, and consumer behavior.
Develop visual concepts, key visuals, and creative assets for social media, digital content, brand campaigns, and motion deliverables.
Execute design production across formats such as static posts, reels, carousels, story assets, digital OOH, brand kits, and motion graphics.
Collaborate in creative brainstorming to contribute visual directions and craft solutions that elevate the idea.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and visual quality across all deliverables with attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, and storytelling.
Work with the production team to provide visual guidance and brand consistency for photo and video executions.
Stay informed on visual culture, design trends, motion techniques, and emerging platforms to ensure creative relevance.
Implement effective file organization, naming systems, workflow management, and adherence to deadlines.
Deliver multiple design variations and directions to explore creative approaches and improve quality through iteration.

 

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design and motion design within creative agencies or digital focused environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate strategy into high impact visual executions across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in design and motion software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
Excellent sense of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to craft visual stories that communicate clearly and emotionally.
Comfortable working through feedback loops, ideation sessions, and collaborative problem solving.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structured workflow.
Strong curiosity for culture, design innovation, visual aesthetics, and digital formats.
Ability to transform abstract ideas into visual clarity.
Disciplined attention to detail in every pixel, color, frame, and transition.
