Graphic Designer 

Role 

We are looking for talented Graphic designers to expressing great idea into great visual communication design to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You work closely with Creative Director, Art Director, and Copy Writer. A designer may choose to work within several media, such as in digital, print or Web. As a Designer, you will have the opportunity to impact work across all our clients.. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audio-visual outputs
  • Generate and develop concepts and ideas independently and in collaboration with others.
  • Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
  • Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
  • Managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail in design and execution, and communicate effectively to address challenges as they arise.
  • Deliver presentations of your ideas to senior management.
  • Possess knowledge of production, printing, and digital media, and supervise on behalf of the company and Clients when necessary.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles and able to create video and motion assets, using After Effects and Premiere

 

Requirements 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience at an advertising/branding/design/marketing/digital agency with a proven track record on designing new and innovative layouts across various platforms, including digital.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design sensibilities and conceptual thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a core knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, and either AfterEffects or Premier. Additional skills in 3D design, photography, side/personal projects, and motion graphics are a plus.
  • You have a keen eye for detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • You are passionate about working with people, contributing as part of a team, and making others around you (and their ideas) that much better.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and clearly communicate ideas; also a team player.
  • Working familiarity with software and tools required for day-to-day operations, such as Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), and Google Slides.
  • Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa and English.
  • Familiarity with social media, a love of culture and interest in design, film and art.
  • Some periodic night and/or weekend work at times
